MartKeeper offers the following Returns Policy: You may return any item for any reason within 14 business days for your money back. There may be a restocking fee, depending on the item being returned. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. In the case of a manufacturers defect restocking fees are waived and your entire purchase including shipping fees will be refunded after return and verification of the defect. We would like to pay the shipping costs...however until UPS and the US Postal Service begin refunding the shipping costs associated with returned items we are unable to do so. We hope you understand.
